We are recruiting a Recruitment Consultant to join our industrial division, operating in the North East region, based from our Gateshead branch.
The starting salary for this role is dependent upon previous experience, plus an uncapped bonus structure, 25 days holiday, PHI and pension (qualifying periods apply).
Our clients are based in manufacturing environments, broadly covering the industry types of Automotive, Aerospace, FMCG, Food & Drink and Pharmaceutical.
The Role:
- Business to Business sales calls & Client development
- Pro-active candidate attraction
- Proactive selling of skilled candidates
- Adherence to quality procedures
The Candidate should possess:
- Previous experience working in a proactive position for a recruitment business.
- Face to face sales and telesales experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Organisation and time management skills
- Self motivation, the ability to take control of their business unit and drive it forward
- Full driving licence
