Shift Production Supervisor


Kinetic are currently recruiting for a Shift Supervisor for our client based in Derby. Our client manufactures specialist parts for a variety of different sectors. Reporting directly to the Production Manager, the Shift Supervisor will be expected to manage and coordinate a number of operators and packers within a busy section of the plant. Candidates will need to have experience in the following to be considered for the role: -Must have experience in planning and coordinating shift plans, ensuring teams work to high productivity levels. -Experience of managing and developing shop floor staff to progress within the company. -Ideally have experience of managing people and dealing with disciplinaries, absences and performance management. -Experience of managing of time sheets, scrap levels and recycling records. -Experience of high level of H&S in manufacturing environments. Ideally have H&S qualification. -Any experience in injection moulding or similar processes would be an advantage. Location: Derby, Derbyshire Salary: Around £35k for working continental shift pattern.
