Kinetic Industrial are looking to recruit an Administrator to work full time for one of our growing medical clients based in Whitechapel, London As the Administrator you will provide administrative duties to all areas of the site to a high quality to make sure all requirements are met. Duties include: *Being first line of contact to staff and customers via email, person or telephone calls *General administration including filing, photocopying, and faxing. Ensuring that the office is kept tidy with filing and folders kept organised. *Processing documents and correspondence using various IT packages *Working with HR to ensure all job applications processed and administrative duties in regards to advertising roles, short listing and setting up interviews, maintaining a database of applicants and corresponding with successful and unsuccessful candidates. *Making sure all records are updated regularly, including annual leave, sickness and overtime hours on systems and spreadsheets *Complete in-depth payroll and timesheet processing including checking daily overtime, sickness and absence, detailing any of the listed on separate spreadsheets and checking all weekly and monthly charges in relation to said payroll *Ensuring all personnel folders are kept up to date including annual leave, sickness and absence. *Completing agency timesheets and checking charges *Ordering stock and managing stock control for office supplies Arranging meetings and conferences, ensuring catering and equipment is prepared. *Completing note taking in meetings and ensure details are sent to the relevant participants *Check daily staff attendance and log any timekeeping/absence issues to manager on log on Kronos software *Manage staff lockers, key cards and access cards In order to be successful in working within a great team you will need: *Excellent computer skills (Word, Outlook Excel) *Have a good standard of verbal and numerical abilities *Must be adaptable to certain roles *Must have previous administrative role *Able to follow procedures This position offers the following: *8.30am - 17.00pm *£9.44 per hour rising to £10.69 after 13 weeks *Temporary to Permanent position Kinetic plc is a Recruitment Consultancy with over 35 years of experience of delivering staffing solutions to the engineering, manufacturing and technical industries.
