Opportunities for recruitment companies were vast with clear decisions to be made as to which markets should be entered into. The early strategy for Kinetic was to focus on manufacturing and engineering within the U.K. predominantly as a result of being established in the North West where manufacturing was a core activity for the economy.
As the next three decades unfolded with low barriers to entry the market place in volume and new business grew. Competition and margins along with increasing regulation started to rapidly change the industry.
It was at this point the strategic decision by Kinetic to focus on the markets they had gained experience of, commitment to adopting ISO British Quality Standards that enabled the organisation to successfully grow with its loyal customers and experienced consultants trained in the markets they operate in.
