Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor

We're currently working with one of the world's biggest technology-led manufacturers to recruit a Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor. As Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor you will be the subject matter expert within your field, supervising and managing a team of Mechanical Maintenance Technicians carrying out maintenance activities on site. The Role: Managing teams to carry out maintenance activities, checking standards of maintenance and reactive work while coaching team members as required to deliver high levels of craftsmanship and job reporting. Coordinating the department workload via SAP to ensure KPIs are achieved. Managing failure data on equipment and generating breakdown reports. Procure spare parts and materials that are required for work orders. Attending daily production meetings. Writing and reviewing maintenance instructions and risk assessments. The Person: Time served Mechanical apprenticeship preferably with HNC/HND qualification Safety Qualifications (e.g. IOSH, working at height, MEWP licence) Experience working with SAP This is an exciting time to join a growing team in a role where every day is different working on a variety of products.
