Main responsibilities and duties: * Management of a busy inspection department * Measurement of production, prototype and sample components and assemblies * Support APQP and sample submission procedures on prototype and production parts * Support the maintenance of Flow Charts, PFMEA's and Control Plans for all Rotator processes * Internal rejection investigation and corrective action * Customer complaint investigation and 8D corrective action reporting * Support for control and maintenance of the calibration system * Ensure all activities carried out are ethical, meet H & S regulations and comply with Company procedures * Ensure your area of responsibility complies with the Environmental Management System This position in based in Lytham and would require someone with their own transport and comes with a salary of between £40000 - £45000 dependent on experience.
