As a Toolroom machinist you will be doing the following:
*Set up and operate manual milling, turning and grinding machines
*Manufacture precision components to drawings and instructions
*Provide engineering support to the Production and Press Shop departments.
*Assist all areas of the Works Engineering department when required.
*Liaise with supervisor on maintenance issues and with work schedules.
*Be flexible with working hours, at times additional hours may be required to complete projects.
I am looking for suitable, reliable person to start this job, ideal candidates will be motivated, have attention to detail, be disciplined, have excellent communication and organisational skills, a supportive team player, the ability to work under pressure and using your own initiative.
