Part-Time Sales Administrator

Kinetic Plc are recruiting a Sales Administrator on behalf of one of our clients a well-established manufacturing business in Bredbury. This is a hands-on, varied part-time role supporting sales, marketing, and admin functions within the office/factory environment.
Pay Rate: £12.25 per hour (DOE)
Hours: 24 hours per week (3 days: Mon or Tues, Wed, Thurs - 8:00am to 4:30pm)
Key Duties:
* Handle customer enquiries via phone/email
* Provide product info and technical support
* Maintain customer database and track enquiries
* Assist with marketing and research activities
* General admin including reports, data entry, and document management
* Use Sage and Microsoft Office systems
* Support export documentation (training provided)
Requirements:
* Mechanical engineering knowledge or technical understanding
* Confident IT skills (MS Office & Sage)
* Organised, self-motivated, and adaptable
* Good communication and customer service skills
