Warehouse Operator

Kinetic Industrial are proud to be supporting a well-established packaging manufacturer in the recruitment of a Warehouse Operator for their busy site in Hindley Green. This is a permanent opportunity to join a reputable manufacturer, working within both warehouse and production areas to ensure the smooth running of operations. Working hours: * Monday to Thursday, 7am to 5pm (38 hours per week) * 30-minute break each day * Three-day weekend - Friday, Saturday & Sunday off! Responsibilities: * Load and unload wagons with raw materials (cardboard) using a FLT * Operate FLT to move stock safely around site * Supply production lines by loading and unloading machines * Keep the finished goods line running smoothly to the palletiser * Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment * Work closely with colleagues to ensure production targets are met Requirements: * Valid FLT licence * Previous experience in a warehouse or production environment * Confident operating within a fast-paced manufacturing setting * Good attention to detail and a proactive approach to work * Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling tasks * Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions accurately Details: * Salary: £25,688 - £26,676 per annum (depending on experience) * Permanent position with a respected packaging manufacturer * Monday to Thursday working pattern with three days off every week If you're an experienced Warehouse Operator with an FLT licence looking for a permanent role with a fantastic work-life balance, apply today to join this leading packaging manufacturer.
