Supervisor (Afternoon Shift)

Kinetic Industrial are supporting a leading medical services provider in the recruitment of a Production Supervisor. This is a full-time, permanent position working Monday to Friday, 2pm to 10pm. Responsibilities: * Oversee daily decontamination and sterilisation operations, ensuring work is completed safely and to strict quality standards * Supervise and support the team to deliver on production targets and performance goals * Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety and Quality Management System (QMS) standards * Maintain and monitor quality assurance records, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up to date * Support the Production Manager with planning, organisation, and continuous improvement initiatives * Promote a culture of teamwork, accountability, and high standards across all operations * Provide staff training and ensure all colleagues are informed and compliant with health and safety procedures Requirements: * Previous supervisory experience within a production or healthcare environment (advantageous) * Educated to a good general standard with strong numerical and communication skills * Basic IT skills - able to use track and traceability systems confidently * Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail * A proactive, flexible, and supportive approach to work * Team-oriented mindset with the ability to perform under pressure Details: * Permanent position * Monday to Friday, 2pm - 10pm * £29,171 per annum * Overtime and unsociable hours allowances available * 25 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays * Full structured training and defined career path Kinetic plc is a Recruitment Consultancy with over 40 years of experience delivering staffing solutions to the engineering, manufacturing and technical industries.
