General Operative

Kinetic are recruiting for a General Operative to join, a well established manufacturing company based in Chorley who specialise in producing high quality components to the utility sector. Initially a 4 week role and you will be kept busy as the work load is increasing! About the Role of General Operative: This is a hands on role supporting various stages of the production process, including: * Cutting hoses to required lengths * Assembly line work * Carrying out prep work prior to production * Picking Bill of Materials (BOMs) to feed into manufacturing * Supporting general production tasks "in between" to keep workflow smooth and efficient What We're Looking For * Someone reliable, proactive, and comfortable in a manufacturing environment * Ability to follow instructions and work safely * A good team player with a positive attitude * Previous production or warehouse experience * Available to start ASAP What's on Offer * £13.00 per hour * Full time hours * Minimum 4 week contract with potential for extension depending on workload * Supportive and friendly team environment Kinetic plc is a Recruitment Consultancy with over 40 years' experience delivering staffing solutions to the engineering, manufacturing and technical industries.
