Production Operative

Kinetic are recruiting for multiple Production Operatives to join a global printing and packaging business on a short-term temporary basis, until the end of December. The role will involve supporting the production team with a range of labelling, packing and general production line duties, helping to ensure products are prepared and packed efficiently and to the required standards. Working hours will mainly be on a 2pm to 10pm shift, although flexibility is required as there may also be some 6am to 2pm, and 10pm to 6am shifts where needed. Role: * Carrying out labelling and packing of products in line with company standards and production targets * Supporting general production operations as required * Ensuring products are correctly labelled, packed and prepared for dispatch * Following health & safety procedures at all times * Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and housekeeping * Assisting with general production duties as required * Working effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Requirements: * Previous experience within a manufacturing, production or warehouse environment is preferred * Experience of packing, labelling or similar production work would be advantageous * Be flexible to work across different departments and shifts * Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions * Reliable, hardworking and willing to learn * Comfortable working within an industrial environment * Able to work effectively as part of a team Details: * £15.70 per hour * Temporary, short term position - working until December 2026 * Starting Monday 5th October 2026 * Monday to Friday, full time hours Kinetic plc is a Recruitment Consultancy with over 40 years' experience delivering staffing solutions to the engineering, manufacturing and technical industries.
