Powder Coater

Kinetic Industrial are recruiting a Powder Coater to join an established metal manufacturing business based in Middleton. This is a temporary to permanent opportunity for someone with powder coating or metal finishing experience who is looking to secure a permanent position within a busy manufacturing environment. The role: - Preparing metal components for powder coating - Applying powder coatings to metal components using the required equipment - Inspecting finished products and identifying coating defects - Maintaining consistent finishing standards and product quality - Supporting the coating and curing process - Following work instructions and quality control procedures - Handling metal components and carrying out manual production duties - Maintaining a clean and safe working environment - Following health and safety procedures and wearing the required PPE Requirements: - Experience in powder coating, industrial spraying or metal finishing is desirable - Understanding of metal preparation and coating processes - Good attention to detail and a commitment to quality - Ability to identify defects and maintain consistent finishing standards - Able to follow instructions and health and safety procedures - Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment - Reliable, punctual and able to work as part of a team - Physically capable of handling components safely - A positive attitude and willingness to learn Pay and Hours: - £13.74 per hour - Day shifts - Temporary position with the opportunity to become permanent If you have experience in powder coating or industrial finishing and are looking for an opportunity with the potential to secure permanent employment, apply today!
