Food Production Operator

Kinetic Industrial are proud to be supporting a leading food manufacturing company, based in Stretford, in their search for Permanent Production Operators to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established manufacturer known for producing high-quality bakery ingredients. This is a full-time role, working Monday to Friday on a rotating 3-shift system. The shifts you MUST be able to work are * Mon to Thurs: 6am to 2pm / Fri: 6am to 12pm * Mon to Thurs: 2pm to 10pm / Fri: 12pm to 6pm * Mon to Thurs: 10pm to 6am / Fri 6pm to 12am Responsibilities of the Food Production Operative include: * Operate plant machinery to produce to the required quality and quantity standards * Pack finished products * Maintain compliance with site hygiene, Health & Safety, and GMP requirements * Follow internal and external specifications within a HACCP framework * Complete relevant documentation and production records accurately * Work as part of a multi-disciplined team to achieve production targets * Support continuous improvement initiatives across the department * Assist in training and development of team members * Work flexibly across multiple lines as required Below is what we need the new Food Production Operatives to have: * Previous experience working in a food production or food manufacturing environment * Good understanding of product safety principles and HACCP * Excellent communication and teamwork skills * Literacy and numeracy skills * Commitment to Health & Safety and maintaining high standards * MUST be able to work the 3 shifts Further details of the permanent job: * Starting Salary of £30,119.04 increasing after training to £33465.60 inc. 20% SA * Rotating 3-shift system * Additional benefits such as company pension and flexible rewards If you can work days, afternoons and nights then please do apply for an up to date CV.
