Class 2 Driver

My client is currently recruiting for a permanent reliable and hardworking Class 2 Drayman Driver to join our delivery team, working alongside a Driver's Mate delivering products safely and professionally to customers across the region. This is a physically active role suited to someone who enjoys working as part of a team, providing excellent customer service, and taking pride in delivering to a high standard. What is on offer - * Salary is £36,396 per year * Full-time permanent position * Supportive working environment * Ongoing training and development * Immediate starts available Working hours - * Monday: 07:00 until 17:00 * Tuesday to Friday: 08:00 until 17:00 The role - * Delivering goods to pubs, bars, restaurants, and commercial premises * Working closely with a Driver's Mate to complete deliveries safely and efficiently * Loading and unloading stock using appropriate equipment and manual handling techniques * Completing vehicle checks and delivery paperwork * Maintaining excellent customer service at all delivery points * Ensuring compliance with transport and health & safety regulations Requirements - * Valid Class 2 licence * Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph card * Over 25 years old due to insurance purposes. * No more than 6 points * Good level of physical fitness due to the nature of the role * Strong communication and teamwork skills * Positive attitude and dependable work ethic Kinetic plc is a Recruitment Consultancy with over 40 years' experience delivering staffing solutions to the engineering, manufacturing and technical industries.
