Assembly Operatives

Kinetic are assisting a global company with their recruitment of Experienced Assembly Operators. With over 70 years behind them, they are a world leader in engine boosting turbo systems and due to continued growth are looking to recruit Experienced Assembly Operators. * The role is working temporary ongoing and based in Handforth. * You will be working days Monday - Friday. Std 37 hours per week * £12.28 per hour * Monday to Thursday 0800 - 1630 * Friday 0800:1300 ***YOU WILL BE DRUG AND ALCOHOL TESTED PRIOR TO STARTING THIS POSITION*** As the Assembly Operative, you will be tasked with the following: * Rotating between manufacturing & re manufacturing of the turbo charges * Assembly of different sized turbo chargers, performing quality checks to ensure the turbo charger meets the job specification. * Dis assembly of turbos for re manufacturing, stripping and tear down, with accurate recording of data working and accurate scrap rates, failure and outputs * Working to high specifications and targets. * Flexible to work within all areas and have a good understanding of the different processes * Using different hand tools and able to interpret diagrams * Meeting targets and working within different teams. * Quality checking all processes of assembly We need the Assembly Operatives to have the following: * Previous assembly experience * Using a variety of different hand tools * Physically fit to carry out heavy manual duties. * Health & safety conscious * Excellent communication skills - written and Oral Other benefits to working here are: * Free Parking * Uniform provided * Early finish on a Friday **** Kinetic is an Employee Owned Company with over 40 years' experience delivering staffing solutions to the engineering, manufacturing and technical industries.
