Panel Wirer

We are recruiting 16 experienced Panel Wirers to support the launch of a brand-new, purpose-built engineering facility in Newcastle. This is a rare opportunity to join from day one and secure long-term work on major global power and energy projects. You will be working for a World Top 50 employer and one of the leading global names in engineering, with a secured project pipeline exceeding five years and strong potential for permanent opportunities. The Role: * Build and wire industrial control panels to detailed specifications * Work from electrical schematics and engineering drawings * Install and integrate electrical components * Support testing and ensure quality compliance * Maintain high safety and production standards What We Need: * Proven panel wiring background (essential) * Strong understanding of electrical drawings * NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Engineering (Apprenticeship trained - essential) * High standards of workmanship & attention to detail * Reliable and team-oriented Contract Details: * Minimum 5-year secured project pipeline * Ongoing starts available * Inside IR35 (PAYE) * 37 hours per week, Monday-Friday * Dayshift initially, moving to 2-shift once site at capacity * Modern facility with brand-new equipment * Work for a World Top 50 engineering employer * High potential for permanent contract * Excellent Newcastle location * £19.27 per hour (Days) | £22.16 per hour (Shifts) Kinetic plc is a Recruitment Consultancy with over 40 years' experience delivering staffing solutions to the engineering, manufacturing and technical industries.
