Welder Fabricator

Working in partnership with infrastructure, M&E company based in Bradford; their structural fabrication team need 2x MIG Welder Fabricators due toorder boo growing order books of projects. Working Monday to Thursday full time! Enjoy a 3day weekend break! Friday Overtime T+1/2 if want it! All Welders considered are required to carry out a Fillet and Butt Weld TEST on site before an offer is made. Paying £16.60per hour PAYE start day, rising to £17.99 upon successful completion of weld qualifications (within 2-4weeks of starting and passing them, all paid for by the company) What You'll Be Doing As MIG Welder Fabricator *MIG/MAG welding of mild steel (7mm-20mm thickness) to coded standards *Fabricating brackets, beams, and structural parts from engineering drawings (qll parts will be put through testing - box to box, butt and fillet) *Setting up welding plant safely and efficiently *Identifying and preventing welding defects *Working Monday to Wednesday 7am - 5pm and Thursday 7am - 4.30pm* as standard 37.5 hours All candidates must complete a fillet and butt weld test on site prior to offer. Successful applicants will progress to coded welding qualifications within 2 weeks-fully funded by the company. Salary basic for the MIG Welder Fabricator: £32,370 then raises to £35,081 after completed Butt & Fillet weld qualifications (codings) all paid for by the company - with overtime, welders on site are earning circa £40k OTE with Friday overtime 5hours, still having Sat & Sun off to enjoy with family or lifestyle! High quality masks and respiratory equipment and PPE all supplied. * Understanding & competent of multiple welding practices inc.
