Production Operator

Production Operator Kinetic Recruitment are looking to recruit Production Operatives with immediate starts to work for a leading Manufacturing company based in Deeside. * Continuously monitor the production process to ensure product quality and consistency. Make necessary adjustments to machinery to maintain optimal performance * Perform routine maintenance tasks on machinery * Consistently quality checking products to ensure there are no defects to ensure that it meets quality standards. * Maintain accurate production logs and records * Work closely with other team members to ensure a smooth operation and a consistent workflow. * Efficiently operating machinery used in the converting process to produce high quality products.
