HSE Technician

Kinetic Industrial are proud to be supporting a leading global engineering company in the recruitment of a HSE Technician to join their team at their Milton Keynes site. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a passion for Health, Safety and the Environment to support a well-established and forward-thinking business. Working hours: * Monday to Friday, 7am to 3pm * 37.5 hours per week Responsibilities: * Deliver HSE induction training for new starters and toolbox talks for all departments * Maintain the site HSE training matrix and update training materials as required * Assist with implementing and maintaining risk assessment programmes across the site * Communicate and train staff on risk assessment findings and control measures * Support site COSHH assessments using the SYPOL system and maintain the 3E database * Assist with internal audits and follow up on any identified actions * Support with accident, incident and near-miss investigations and ensure actions are closed out * Maintain HSE records and documentation in line with company standards and data protection requirements * Help coordinate ergonomic and DSE assessments, as well as health surveillance tracking * Support environmental initiatives and site compliance * Contribute to continuous improvement and a culture of safety and wellbeing Requirements: * Degree, HNC or equivalent level of education * NEBOSH General Certificate (or equivalent in Occupational Safety & Health) * Previous experience in a manufacturing environment * Strong understanding of health, safety, and environmental practices * Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills at all levels * Positive and proactive attitude towards safety, wellbeing, and asset protection * Good organisational skills and attention to detail Details: * £15.38 per hour * Monday to Friday, 7am to 3pm (37.5 hours per week) This is a great opportunity for an HSE professional to gain hands-on experience with a globally recognised company, supporting ongoing health, safety, and environmental initiatives.
