Production Manager

Are you a Fabrication, Welding or Workshop Production Manager looking for your next permanent position? Is Blackpool, Lancashire somewhere you can easily commute to? Suitable candidates will be called and given additional formation on the company and the roles requirements. Duties will include; *Lead and manage all aspects of industrial production *Work closely with design to interpret technical drawings *Develop and implement production schedules *Drive continuous improvement *Ensure compliance with EN1090 & ISO 9001 *Mentor staff including, welders, fabricators and operators *Oversee inventory and coordinate with procurement *Monitor KPI's and report to senior management *Ensure products are manufactured to specification, on time and to the highest standards of quality and safety Required; *Strong leadership and team development *Problem solving under pressure *Organisation and planning ability *Committed to health, safety and quality *Strong communication across teams Salary - £45000 - £50000 dependant on experience Location - Blackpool Shift - Days Kinetic plc is a Recruitment Consultancy with over 40 years of experience of delivering staffing solutions to the engineering, manufacturing and technical industries.
