Machine Operative

Kinetic Recruitment is currently seeking Machine Operatives to join a busy production and manufacturing site, based in the Flint area. This is an excellent opportunity for motivated individuals looking to work within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The role will involve operating machinery, packaging products, working on a production line and carrying out general housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe working environment. Full training will be provided, so previous experience is not essential. We are looking for reliable, hardworking candidates who can work well as part of a team and are comfortable with a physically demanding role. The work is straightforward but requires a positive attitude, good attention to detail and a willingness to learn. Working Hours & Pay Option 1 - Rotating Day and Night Shifts Monday to Thursday: 06:00-18:00 / 18:00-06:00 (rotating shifts) Hourly rate: £13.85 Annual salary: £34,569 Option 2 - Afternoon and Day Shifts Monday to Wednesday: 14:00-22:30 Thursday: 08:00-16:30 Friday: 06:00-14:30 Hourly rate: £13.25 Annual salary: £27,560 Key Responsibilities: Operating machinery within a busy manufacturing environment. Packaging and handling finished products. Working efficiently on a production line. Carrying out general housekeeping duties. Following health and safety procedures at all times.
