Quality Administrator

Kinetic Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Quality Administrator to join a busy pharmaceutical manufacturing company, based within the Runcorn area. The successful candidate will support the Quality team with the control, filing, storage and retrieval of quality documentation, ensuring all paper and electronic records are accurate, up to date and maintained in line with GMP and company procedures. Duration: Approximately 6 months Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00-17:00 Salary: Approximately £30,000 per annum Key Responsibilities: Maintain, organise and archive quality documentation and records. Check document versions, approvals and ensure outdated copies are withdrawn. File and retrieve paper and electronic records, maintaining accurate tracking systems. Ensure records are handled securely and confidentially. Follow SOPs, GMP requirements and good documentation practices. Provide general administrative support to the Quality team. Identify and report missing, damaged or incorrect documentation. Support team projects and process improvements. What We're Looking For: Previous experience in an administrative or document-control role. Pharmaceutical or regulated industry experience desirable. Basic knowledge of GMP and good documentation practices. Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills. Good communication skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. A reliable, proactive approach with the ability to manage workloads and meet deadlines.
