Kinetic Recruitment are looking to recruit a Facilities Manager to look after a number of commercial/residential sites, in the Greater Manchester area.
In the main, you will be office-based in the South Manchester/Cheshire area near Wilmslow. There will be a requirement to visit various sites locally to help oversee building performance, organise planned/reactive activities, support on site inspections, whilst liaising with the Managers of those buildings/offices.
You will be employed by a large and renowned building / property development company.
The main office in located in the South Manchester/Cheshire area & is commutable from Manchester, Wilmslow, Macclesfield, Knutsford, Stockport, Cheadle etc.
Responsibilities:
* Ensuring all hard & soft Facilities services are delivered to specification, and planned/reactive activities meet SLAs, agreed delivery process, cost & reporting requirements.
* Creating excellent relationships with tenants, suppliers, contractors and in-house teams, driving performance, communication and motivation.
* Overseeing performance of all building and service-specific Compliance activities (including remedial actions).
* Managing landlord services & third party/tenant relationships, ensuring service charge obligations are met.
* Coordinating & supporting onsite inspections/assessments (Fire Risk Assessment, Cleaning audits etc).
* Providing accurate and useful monthly/quarterly internal/external reporting for the Company.
* Supporting internal and external H & S activities.
* Ensuring adherence to all regulatory Compliance and H & S requirements.
Requirements:
Essential:
* Project Management experience.
* Hard & Soft Facilities Management experience.
* Experience in managing contractors and in-house teams.
* Good working knowledge of H & S in the workplace.
Desirable:
* Experience of assisting in the facilities management of multi-site operations across a region.
* IOSHH/NEBOSHH.
