Van Driver/Labourer

Our client, based in Gateshead, is looking to recruit a reliable and hardworking Van Driver /Labourer to join their growing team. This is an immediate-start opportunity with the potential to become a longer-term position for the right candidate. Candidates must be flexible and willing to work away from home, including overnight stays, as required by business needs. Package - * £14.00 per hour * Monday to Friday * Start times between 07:00 and 07:30 * Typical shifts of 8 to 10 hours per day * Opportunity for ongoing work Duties & Responsibilities - * Driving company vans to customer and project sites * Working as part of a two-person team * Assisting with general labouring duties on site * Carrying out basic assembly work * Loading and unloading materials, equipment, and stock * Maintaining a professional and safety-conscious approach at all times Requirements - * Full UK Driving Licence * No more than 6 penalty points * Must be aged 21 or over for insurance purposes * Previous experience in a labouring, driving, or installation environment is advantageous * Flexible approach to working hours and willing to work away from home when required * Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively as part of a team Kinetic plc is a Recruitment Consultancy with over 40 years' experience delivering staffing solutions to the engineering, manufacturing and technical industries.
