Food Production Operative

Kinetic are recruiting Experienced Food Production workers for a well-established food manufacturing company in Ashton-under-Lyne. This is a fast-paced, target-driven environment, ideal for individuals who are reliable, hardworking, and have a great command of English. You MUST have food production experience in order to do this position as you need to "hit the ground running". Hours of work & pay Days - £12.21ph (0600 - 1400 and 1400 - 2200) Nights - £13.08 (2200 - 0600) As the Food Production Operative, you will be working within a very fast paced and targeted factory environment, and your tasks will include: *Packing finished products into boxes *Lifting bags that can weight up to and including 25kg *Quality checking throughout the production process *Loading and palletising *Working as a team but using own initiative *Working at a fast pace As the Experienced Food Production / Packing operative, you MUST to meet the following criteria: *Previous experience within a food production company this is an absolute must. If you do not have this we will not be able to place you. *Strong English communication skills (spoken and written) in order to read and complete documentation. You will be given a written and numerical test paper at Induction. *Ability to work quickly and accurately *Team player with a willingness to support others *Reliable and eager to work *Able to follow instructions from team leaders Due to expected high interest, only candidates who meet the criteria may be contacted.
