Warehouse Operative

Kinetic Industrial are recruiting an experienced Warehouse Operative to join a world-renowned automotive manufacturer. This is an excellent opportunity to secure a long-term, ongoing position with a respected employer in a clean, well-organised warehouse environment. Key Responsibilities * Accurately pick, pack, and prepare kits for dispatch * Book in deliveries and store stock in correct locations * De-kit components and manage inventory efficiently * Maintain high standards of health, safety, and quality * Support general warehouse operations as needed What We're Looking For * Previous warehouse experience (picking, packing, goods-in) * Strong attention to detail and organisational skills * Basic IT skills (SAP knowledge advantageous) * A proactive attitude with good communication skills * Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling tasks What You'll Get * Competitive hourly rate of £12.28 * Overtime opportunities: o Time + ½ (weekdays & Saturdays) o Double time (Sundays & Bank Holidays) * Early finish every Friday * Free on-site parking * Opportunity to work with a leading global manufacturer Important Information * Pre-employment drug and alcohol test required * This is a temporary ongoing position, with potential for long-term opportunities About Kinetic With over 40 years' experience, Kinetic is an employee-owned recruitment specialist supporting the engineering, manufacturing, and technical sectors.
