Production Supervisor (0600 - 1400)

Kinetic Industrial are supporting a leading medical services provider in the recruitment of a Production Supervisor. You will be working within a unique environment (which is not dissimilar to a hospital/healthcare environment) based out of their Wythenshawe base. You will be supervising the staff, making sure that the work is completed accurately 100% of the time. This is a full-time, permanent position working Monday to Friday, 6am - 2pm. Responsibilities of the Production Supervisor will be * Oversee daily decontamination and sterilisation operations, ensuring work is completed safely and to strict quality standards * Supervise and support the team to deliver on production targets and performance goals * Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety and Quality Management System (QMS) standards * Maintain and monitor quality assurance records, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up to date * Support the Production Manager with planning, organisation, and continuous improvement initiatives * Promote a culture of teamwork, accountability, and high standards across all operations * Provide staff training and ensure all colleagues are informed and compliant with health and safety procedures As the Production Supervisor, we do need you to have: * Previous supervisory experience within a production or healthcare environment * Excellent numerical and communication skills * Basic IT skills - able to use track and traceability systems confidently * Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail * A proactive, flexible, and supportive approach to work * Team-oriented mindset with the ability to perform under pressure Here are just some of what you get in return: * Permanent position * Monday to Friday, 6am - 2pm - Flexibility req. * £29,171 per annum * Overtime and unsociable hours allowances available * 25 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays * Full structured training and defined career path Kinetic plc is a Recruitment Consultancy with over 40 years of experience delivering staffing solutions to the engineering, manufacturing and technical industries.
