TIG Pipe Welder Salary & Working Hours: * £38,337.00 basic + OTE 5hrs OTpcw = £46,004.4 (new wage rise 1st March 2026!) * Standard 4day work schedule: Monday to Wednesday 7am-5pm, Thursday 7am-4:30pm * 30minute unpaid lunch break daily, plus a paid morning break * Career development opportunities available!
