Kinetic Recruitment is recruiting Experienced Assembly Operatives to join a world-leading engineering manufacturer based in the Handforth/Cheadle area.

What will you be doing?
As an Assembly Operative, you'll play an important role in the production process, working on high-quality turbo systems.
Your day-to-day duties will include:
* Assembling and disassembling turbochargers.
* Using hand tools such as drills and screwdrivers.
* Following technical drawings, work instructions and production processes.
* Carrying out quality checks to ensure products meet high standards.
* Rotating across different production areas, giving you the opportunity to develop a
wider range of skills.
* Recording production information accurately.
* Working towards production targets while maintaining quality and safety.
* Working as part of a supportive and experienced production team
We are looking for candidates who have previous assembly, manufacturing or production experience.
You will ideally have:
* Experience using hand tools, such as drills and screwdrivers.
* Good attention to detail and a commitment to producing quality work.
* A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills.
* The ability to work well as part of a team.
* A strong understanding of health and safety.
* Good written and verbal communication skills.
* The ability and willingness to carry out manual handling duties.
* Experience working to production targets would be advantageous.
