Welder Fabricator

MIG Welder Fabricator experienced in fabricating custom steel components and pipework from dimensionally broken-down drawings, with a focus on precision, quality and structural integrity. Early Friday finish and brand new site to work in. MIG Welder Fabricator Key Responsibilities * Fabricate bespoke components including box sections, cubes clips and angled assemblies (typically 90° and 45°) * Interpret simplified technical drawings provided by supervisors, ensuring accurate dimensional execution * Perform MIG welding on stainless steel and mild steel pipework * Assemble and weld complex structures with tight tolerances and clean finishes * Collaborate with supervisors and engineers to ensure fabrication aligns with project specs * Maintain high standards of quality assurance, safety, and compliance throughout all stages MIG Welder Fabricator Skills & Experience * Proficient in MIG welding techniques for pipework and structural steel * Skilled in working from component-level drawings and visual breakdowns * Familiar with power tools: grinders, saws, forming equipment * Strong understanding of angles, measurements and geometric layouts If you are an experienced MIG Welder Fabricator or a MIG Plater, looking for a new challenge 'APPLY' now to be considered for this great opportunity! Location: Sutton in Ashfield Hourly Pay: £15.50 (£33,449 for standard 42hours) Hours: 6.30am to 4.00pm Monday to Thursday (30min paid break& 30min unpaid lunch) and 6.30am to 12:30am Friday with paid 30min break Tenure: Permanent after 18 weeks initial 'like a probationary' temp to perm period!
