Skilled Machine Operator

Kinetic Recruitment are currently seeking a Skilled Machine Operator, to join a well-established and growing manufacturing company, based in the Flint area. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced machine operator, looking to secure a long-term role with a reputable employer. Key Responsibilities: Operating production machinery efficiently and safely Carrying out line changeovers Completing and processing QA paperwork Changing reels for film and labels Working within a fast-paced manufacturing environment Supporting and supervising team members where required Requirements: Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment Experience operating machinery Ability to complete quality documentation accurately Supervisory experience preferred Strong team player with good communication skills Working Hours: Monday to Friday - Rotating Shift Pattern 06:00 - 14:00 | 14:00 - 22:00 Pay Rate: £13.84 per hour This role is offered on a temporary to permanent basis for the right candidate.
