Production Operator

Production Operative Kinetic Recruitment are looking to recruit Operatives with immediate starts to work for a leading Manufacturing company based in Wrexham. Great opportunity for progression within a growing business!! £13.55ph rising to £14.45 after probation Shift Pattern: *Shift 1. 6.00am to 2.00pm Monday to Friday. *Shift 2. 2.00pm to 10.00pm Monday to Thursday, 2.00pm to 6.00pm on a Friday. *Shift 3. 10.00pm to 6.00am Sunday to Thursday Key Responsibilities *Operate manufacturing machinery for masterbatch production *Prepare raw materials, weigh ingredients, and follow production formulas *Monitor production lines and carry out routine checks *Complete batch records and maintain accurate documentation *Perform basic machine maintenance and report any issues *Support quality control procedures, including sampling and visual checks *Adhere to all health & safety procedures and maintain a clean working environment *Work effectively as part of a team to meet production targets About You *Previous experience in plastics, masterbatch, extrusion, or manufacturing preferred (but training can be provided) *Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality *Comfortable working in a physically active role (manual handling required) *Ability to follow instructions, production schedules, and safety guidelines *Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or in a team If you feel that you have what we need then please do call Kamila on 01244 821737 or email your up to date CV to: [email protected] Kinetic plc is a Recruitment Consultancy with over 40 years of experience of delivering staffing solutions to the engineering, manufacturing and technical industries.
