Bendi FLT Driver

Kinetic PLC are delighted to be assisting one of our clients in Trafford Park with the recruitment of a licensed Bendi FLT Driver / warehouse operative to support their warehouse and logistics team. This is a 3-month temporary contract with an immediate start available. A valid and in-date Bendi (Flexi) FLT licence is ESSENTIAL for this role. Applications without a Bendi licence will not be considered. This role is ideal for someone with experience operating a Bendi FLT who is comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment, both on and off the FLT, handling a range of products including food-grade and industrial goods. Working Hours * Monday - Friday: 6:00am - 4:00pm Assignment & Pay * 3-month contract * Immediate start * £12.60 per hour Key Duties * Operating Bendi FLT and Aisle Master trucks safely and efficiently * Working both on and off the FLT to support warehouse operations * RIP & TIP operations, including working harnessed on top of tankers * Picking and packing orders accurately * Manual handling and handballing of goods * Loading and unloading deliveries * Working in an environment that handles allergen-based products * Maintaining a clean and safe working area at all times * Following all health & safety procedures and company policies Professional Expectations * Conduct yourself with professionalism, honesty, and reliability * Set a positive example through good work habits and respectful behaviour * Handle confidential information responsibly * Adhere to company rules, safety procedures, and operational policies * Contribute to a cooperative and respectful workplace culture * Take responsibility for your work and address issues promptly * Use company tools and equipment appropriately * Communicate clearly with supervisors and team members * Be open to developing your skills and supporting continuous improvement * Report directly to the Warehouse Manager or Supervisor What's in it for you? * Competitive hourly rate of £12.60 * Opportunity to work immediately in a fast-paced warehouse environment * Hands-on experience operating Bendi FLT and Aisle Master trucks * Working with a supportive team to develop your logistics and warehouse skills * Exposure to a professional and well-structured warehouse operation This is a great opportunity for someone who is detail-focused, reliable, and comfortable working both on and off the FLT in a busy warehouse setting.
