Warehouse Administrator Join a Growing Warehouse & Operations Team! Wrexham Industrial Estate Monday to Friday | 8:00am - 5:00pm Competitive Salary Temporary to Permanent Opportunity Are you a highly organised administrator looking for a new challenge within a fast-paced warehouse environment? We are recruiting a Warehouse Administrator to join a successful business based on Wrexham Industrial Estate. This is an excellent temporary to permanent opportunity offering a competitive salary, stable working hours, and the chance to become a valued member of a supportive team. The Role As a Warehouse Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day warehouse and operational activities. You'll be responsible for maintaining accurate records, processing documentation, supporting finance administration, and ensuring smooth communication across the business. Key Responsibilities: -Accurately record employee timesheet information for payroll and finance purposes -Complete data entry and maintain organised administrative records -Communicate professionally with colleagues, customers, suppliers, and other company sites -Handle incoming calls and direct enquiries to the appropriate departments -Process invoices and receipts for the Finance team -Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail -Maintain health & safety and risk assessment documentation -Provide general administrative support to the warehouse and operations teams -Assist with process improvements and operational efficiency initiatives -Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism What We're Looking For: -Previous administration experience (preferred) -Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail -Confident communication skills, both written and verbal -Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Teams -Ability to prioritise workload and work effectively in a busy environment -Professional, reliable, and proactive approach to work -Team player with a positive attitude and strong problem-solving skills What's On Offer? -Competitive salary -Monday to Friday working hours -Temporary to permanent position -Supportive and friendly working environment -Opportunity to develop and grow within the business -Immediate start available for the right candidate If you're an organised and motivated administrator looking for a long-term opportunity within a thriving warehouse operation, we'd love to hear from you!
