Quality Operative - Wrexham Join a well-established plastic manufacturing company in Wrexham as a Quality Operative and become part of a growing team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Job Type: Full-time Start Date: Immediate Pay rate: £13.85 per hour Shift Patterns: Days: 06:00 - 18:00, Nights: 18:00 - 06:00 Monday to Friday Key Responsibilities -Perform critical quality checks across all active machinery on the shop floor -Accurately record measurements and findings using internal software systems -Communicate with Shift Supervisors and machine operators regarding any out-of-spec products -Manage quarantined stock and coordinate rework or scrapping procedures -Complete all quality documentation (paper-based and digital) -Support calibration checks and ensure equipment is within inspection dates -Assist the Quality Manager with customer complaints and investigations -Conduct internal audits in line with the annual schedule What We're Looking For -Previous experience in a quality control role within a manufacturing setting -High attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality standards -Confident communicator and team player -Comfortable using software systems and maintaining accurate records -Awareness of health & safety protocols in the workplace For more information please email Kamila on [email protected] or call 01244 821 737 Kinetic plc is a Recruitment Consultancy with over 40 years of experience of delivering staffing solutions to the engineering, manufacturing and technical industries.
