Team Leader / Supervisor

Kinetic Industrial are working with a global textile company based in Trafford Park to recruit a Production Supervisor for their small but VERY successful team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has dipped their toes in leading people, motivating a team, and isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves when needed. You will supervise a team of 4-5 staff per shift, providing guidance, mentoring, and hands-on support to ensure smooth operations and high-quality output. What We're Looking For * Leadership Potential: Previous experience in leading or supervising a team is desirable, but you don't need to be an experienced manager. * Motivational & People-Oriented: Enjoy working with people and inspiring them to perform at their best. * Hands-On Approach: Willing to get involved in tasks when required. * Organised & Communicative: Strong ability to coordinate daily tasks and communicate effectively. * Quality Focused: Monitor product quality and ensure deadlines are met. * Industry Experience: Background in textiles, garments, or manufacturing is highly advantageous.
