The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of warehouse operations, supporting both goods-in and goods-out activities while maintaining high standards of accuracy, efficiency, and safety. Duties and Responsibilities: Operating a Fork Lift Truck safely and efficiently Receiving, unloading, and checking incoming deliveries Accurately recording stock movements using internal systems Sorting, allocating, and preparing goods for distribution Loading and dispatching outbound orders Carrying out stock checks and assisting with inventory control Reporting damaged, missing, or incorrect items Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe warehouse environment Supporting general warehouse duties as required Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve operational targets Candidate Requirements: Previous experience within a warehouse, logistics, or distribution environment Fork Lift Truck experience and licence preferred Experience using stock control or inventory systems Strong attention to detail and accuracy Good communication and organisational skills Positive, reliable, and proactive approach to work Ability to work independently and as part of a team Full UK Driving Licence is essential due to working across two local sites What's on Offer: Competitive salary Monday to Friday working pattern with no weekends Full training and ongoing support Friendly and supportive team environment Safe and modern working conditions Genuine temporary-to-permanent opportunity Pay increase following successful completion of the 12-week qualifying period Long-term career prospects and opportunities for progression within the business If you are an experienced Warehouse Operative or Fork Lift Truck Driver looking for a new opportunity with a company that offers stability, development, and career growth, we would be delighted to hear from you.
