This company are looking to fill a gap whilst they recruit a permanent Maintenance Fitter. As a Maintenance Fitter the best fit candidate will be undertaking duties as part of a site of a site maintenance team within a multi-national chemical manufacturer of bulk powders. Duties will include pre-planned and breakdown maintenance of process plant and associated equipment. Such as liquid mixers, agitators, fluid transfer pumps, dryers, and diaphragm pumps. The role will be working a combination of shifts and days which will be based around the engineering needs of the business and consultation of the job holder. The role is contract position and inside IR35 with a competitive hourly rate with overtime paid at premium time or there is a permanent position also being recruited.
