HR Manager

Kinetic are looking to recruit a UK HR Leader for a global automotive manufacturing company based in South Manchester Key Responsibilities: * Working closely with the plant manager to build an innovative, performance-driven, dynamic and high-impact organisation. * Developing the HR organisation, process, system and infrastructure to ensure operational excellence in HR processes and a robust HR governance framework * Drives a performance management culture which continually seeks to raise the bar * Creates, modifies and/ or implements all HR related procedures regarding staffing, training, hiring, compensation, disciplinary, payroll, time and attendance, etc * Responsible for implementing company values in the entire organisation; * Analysing the company training needs, develops annual training plan, approves training proposals received from other departments; * Evaluates effectiveness of training programs; * Together with plant manager/ department managers analyses and identifies people requirements within a given business area and coordinates/ contributes to the design, development and implementation of organisational changes; Key Skills Required * Previous relevant experience with advanced production management tools (Continuous Improvement, Visual Factory, lean manufacturing, Six Sigma) * A minimum of 3 years of experience in people management * Successful track record of initiating People strategies to support business growth * Strong project management skills * Excellent communication skills with people of different backgrounds; global mindset and ability to operate in a multicultural environment *** Kinetic is an Employee-Owned Recruitment Consultancy with over 40 years' experience delivering staffing solutions to the engineering, manufacturing and technical industries.
