HR Advisor

Duties include; *Recruitment *Undertake appropriate Right to Work checks, BPSS and DBS checks prior to confirming start dates of any new staff. *Carry out HR inductions on first day with new starters, ensure all other inductions are arranged and take place. *Support the HR Manager by participating in various improvement projects both HR related and cross functional. *Advise and participate in any HR issues which may arise from time to time regarding conduct, performance, capability, and/or disciplinary and grievance matters, ensuring that legal compliance, fairness and best practise are strictly adhered to. *HR Administration *Support the business with STEM activity e.g. school visits, work placements and charitable/community activity. *Champion the company Values: Respect, Protect, Commit & Inspire Benefits include; * £30000 - £35000 dependant on experience * 25 days holiday + 8 days bank holiday * 4 day working week, 37 hours between Monday and Thursday * Hybrid working as role dictates * Company pension with 5% employer contribution and 4% employee (minimum) and salary sacrifice optional * Medicash (help towards glasses, prescription fees etc) * 3 x Death in Service * Excellent work life balance * Agile working subject to business needs * Free car park * Lockers & Showers * Free tea, coffee and water Kinetic plc is a Recruitment Consultancy with nearly 40 years of experience of delivering staffing solutions to the engineering, manufacturing and technical industries.
