Are you a MIG & TIG Welder looking for your next PERMANENT job opportunity? Would you like to work THREE days a week and have four off? Does working 12 hour shifts Thursday, Friday and Saturday ONLY sound appealing? Happy working 36 hours per week and getting paid for 37 with a 20% uplift for Saturday? Do you require additional support with childcare or caring for someone that working 3 days would alleviate a little? Is a salary of between £26500 - £30700 per annum depending on experience OK for you? Is Lytham St. Annes somewhere you can easily commute to work for a 06.00 start? The company make an array of bespoke products so you'll never be stuck doing 100's of the same welds all the time. Majority of work is TIG welding on stainless steel. All levels of welders will be considered with just spot welding roles also available at a lower rate of pay.
